Recently I had dinner at my sister’s house where she was making this delicious Broccoli Salad. I’d never seen the recipe before, but immediately fell in love as I stole pieces of broccoli from her bowl. She told me it was a recipe that she had been making for years and couldn’t really remember where the recipe originated from. I promptly took a picture of her recipe and knew I’d be making it soon at my house.
It’s so easy and delicious enough that I have to share it with you. The dressing for the salad is not what you would expect, but the taste is incredible! It’s the perfect salad for a summer BBQ, but versatile enough to serve with your Sunday dinner. I’m even thinking I should try it with grilled chicken as a main dish, I like it that much!
