Is there any better kitchen appliance than something that can cook boneless pork ribs to fall apart tender in a matter of minutes? I think not. My recipe is not rocket science, but it’s one of my favorites. And because it’s so easy, I’m going to share it with you!

Instant Pot boneless pork ribs. simplyseekingjoy.com I’ve been making these ribs for years in the crockpot. 6 to 8 hours and they were delicious. I’m so glad the Instant Pot has simplified the process because, let’s be honest- I almost never remember to get my dinner started 6 to 8  hours in advance. Also, I’ve noticed that using the Instant Pot makes my house stink less than my crockpot. I love the smell of cooking food, but I want it to be gone when I’m done eating. Anyone else out there as weird as me??  Boneless pork ribs- you have my heart! 🙂
