Do you have that one favorite treat that you make more than any other? Well, at our home it is definitely what I grew up calling, Peanut Butter Fingers. Oh, yum! I remember my mom once responding at a family reunion to someone who really wanted the recipe that we wouldn’t share as it was a family secret. Kind of funny but yes they’re that good! Well, now if my husband is in the mood for something sweet, nine times out of ten, he asks for these deliciously gooey, crunchy and chocolatey peanut butter bars. And sometimes I can even pretend or convince myself that they are healthy, you know peanut butter and oats, what’s healthier than that? So, I’ll let you in on the family secret recipe. Oh, and remember to Simply Enjoy!
