“What’s for dinner?” Do you hate this question as much as I do? I despise getting asked about dinner plans when I have had a hectic day or am running out of time. I normally like to schedule out my weeks menu because I love to cook, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. You know what I mean! If I haven’t planned ahead, or if the day has turned out slightly chaotic, what do I do? Especially if I do not want to stop for fast food?
I pull out a bag of frozen Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli. This is one of my favorite quick ideas from Costco and I try to always keep a bag in my freezer, just for those exact moments. The best part of these Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli, besides tasting great, is that no planning is needed. Just pull the frozen pasta out of the freezer, put a pot of water on to boil and wallah, dinner is served. This is one of those dinners that my kids ask for and luckily requires no prep time for me. Win, win on both accounts. Home-made, or at least made at home, no prep, fast dinner and kids happy which makes me happy.
To Prepare This Fast Dinner:
Follow the directions on package to boil pasta. After draining, drizzle with olive oil and add the cheese and seasoning packet. Then top with spaghetti sauce if desired, but you don’t need to as it is as delicious without as it is with the sauce. Hope you enjoy!
